Shipping Policy
ONIS uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you ontime. Orders in stock in warehouse will be shipped within 3 business days from our warehouse.
Shipping cost is determined by your shipping location, address type, weight/size of parcel, and the delivery option you choose.

Handling Time
ONIS have 3 business days for order handling time, if there have any delays, we will notice the buyer in the order.
Freightor Couriers
Hong Kong Buyer:
We will ship via SF-Express or our shipping contractor, it usually take 1-2 days for delivery after shipped.
International Buyer:
We will ship via FedEx Express to worldwide, it usually take 2-5 days for delivery after shipped.

Missingor Damaged Shipment
If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged, please take photos or videos on site and send them to us. ONIS will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, avoiding more inconvenience caused to you. Once get approval that damage is caused by shipping, we will guide you how to return damaged ones to us for an exchange or refund.
If you find that your parcel is missing, please inform us at the first moment. ONIS will guide you about the remedy procedures accordingly.
