General Provisions
A consumer is any natural person whoconcludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed primarilyto his commercial or self-employed professional activity. Entrepreneur is anatural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity which, whenconcluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of its commercial orself-employed professional activity.
These General Terms and Conditions shallalso apply to future business relations with entrepreneurs without us having torefer to them again. If the entrepreneur uses conflicting or supplementarygeneral terms and conditions of business, their validity is hereby objected to;they only become an integral part of the contract if we have expressly agreedto them.
For all orders via our online shop byconsumers and entrepreneurs the following terms and conditions apply.
Payment Terms
In addition to the stated product prices,shipping costs will be added. You need to pay the possible tariff or import feeby yourself.

Your billing name, address and phone numbermust match the information that appears on your credit card. We reserve theright to cancel any order that does not match these criteria without advancenotification you if there is a suspected security breach.
Terms of Delivery
ONIS offers shipping options includingFedEx, SF-Express etc. You can also choose to use your ownshipping account. To do so, please proceed to the Shipping & Delivery pageto know more about our shipping policy.
The delivery of goods will be delivered tothe address provided by the consumer/buyer, and any date of delivery given bythe seller (ONIS) is only an estimate. To ensure that each customer willreceive the items as soon as possible, your order may be shipped in multiplepackages without additional charges from ONIS. All additional fee for changingshipping address or shipping method should be borne by the customer.
Damaged goods during transportation shouldbe notified by the buyer to the seller. And if any delay is caused by thelogistics company, please inform your account manager at the first moment. Wemay guide you about the remedy procedures. But ONIS will not be responsible forthe possible lose.
For air transportation or maritimetransportation, customers need to know whether they should pick up the goods atthe airport or sea port. If customers can pick up the goods at the airport orsea port, it is necessary to know the documents that need to be prepared andthe fees to be paid. If customers cannot pick up the goods, they shouldnegotiate with the account manager about door-to-door service and the cost inadvance.
Warranty andGuarantees Claims
ONIS’s warranty covers all defects inproducts manufactured by ONIS. Only original and unmodified items are coveredby the warranty, where damage caused by improper use of said items are notcovered.
Damaged items should be returned forevaluation within 30 days. If the item is defected and under warranty, thenshipping will be covered by ONIS. Our Warranty page covers more on this topic.
